Among high school students who had used marijuana in the previous 30 days, the data show an increase in vaping concentrated THC, the psychoactive chemical in marijuana. Those in this group who reported that they recently vaped marijuana increased from 39.1% to 46% from 2021 to 2023. In 2015, the rate was 21.8%.
